Short title, extent, commencement and application.

(1) This Act may be called the Punjab Non-Trading Companies Act, 1960. (2) It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Chandigarh. (3) It shall come into force at once. (4) It shall apply to associations as defined in section 2.
