Rubbish, etc. to be property of Corporation

Rubbish, etc. to be property of Corporation. All matters deposited in public receptacles, depots and places provided or appointed under section 278 and all matters collected by Corporation employees or contractors in pursuance of section 276 and section 281 shall be the property of the Corporation.
