Manner of levy, payment and collection of toll

(1) The toll under this Act shall be levied, paid and collected in such manner, as may be prescribed. (2) Without prejudice to the provisions of sub-section (1), any toll, penalty or other dues recoverable under this Act, if not paid within fifteen days of its becoming due, may be realised as arrears of land revenue.
