Validation of adjudications by certain Motor Accidents Claims Tribunals

Notwithstanding any judgement, decree or order of any court, all adjudications upon the claims for compensation in respect of accidents involving the death of, or bodily injury to, persons arising out of the use of motor vehicles or damages to any property of a third party so arising or both by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunals, Faridkot, acting or purporting to act as validly constituted Motor Accidents Claims Tribunals under section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939, for the area comprising the district of Faridkot during the period from the 12th day of March, 1973, to the 3rd day of June, 1976 (both days inclusive), shall be deemed to be valid and effective as if the said Claims Tribunals were duly constituted and accordingly no such adjudication shall be called into question merely on the ground that the aforesaid Claims Tribunals were not duly constituted under section 110 of the said Act.
