Term of office of the Registrar and other employees

Save with the prior approval of the State Government, no Registrar or other employee of the Council or the Board, as the case may be, shall hold office after the last day of the month in which he attains the age of fifty-eight years or such age of superannuation as may, from time to time, be fixed by the State Government for its employees and every such Registrar or other employee holding office on the date of commencement of this Act shall cease to hold office on such commencement, if he has attained the age of fifty-eight years on or before such commencement.
