Expenditure on Lokpal or the Up-Lokpal to be charged on the Consolidated Fund of the State.

The salaries, allowances and pensions payable to, or in respect of, Lokpal or the Up-Lokpal, as the case may be, and other functionaries shall be expenditure charged on the Consolidated Fund of the State.
