Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be cited as the Punjab Local Authorities Laws (Exercise of Powers) Act, 1953.
- (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Haryana.
- (3) It shall come into force at once in the principal territories and on the 27th January, 1959, in the transferred territories.
