Penalty for unauthorised markings

If any person without lawful authority brands or causes to be branded any bull with any mark prescribed under this Act, or with any mark resembling such prescribed mark, he shall on conviction be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to Rs. 500 or both.
