1. Short title and Commencement

- (1) This Act may be called the Punjab (Institutions and Other Buildings) Tax (Repeal) Act, 2021.
- (2) It shall come into force on and with effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Repealing of Punjab Act No. 9 of

The Punjab (Institutions and Other Buildings) Tax Act, 2011 (Punjab Act No. 9 of 2011), is hereby repealed.
