Committee of Professional experts

The Board of Directors may, in such manner, as may be specified by regulations constitute committees of professional experts in respect of such dispensaries and hospitals as it may consider necessary and when required with a view to bring about qualitative improvements of the medical care facilities which shall function under the administrative control of the Corporation.
