Liabilities for breach of trust etc. not to be affected

For the removal of doubts, it is hereby declared that nothing in this Act shall be deemed to affect any liability by way of breach of trust, or any penalty or punishment in respect of any offence, incurred by the trustees or any of the trustees in respect of anything done or omitted to be done by them or him at any time before the appointed day.
