Establishment or licensing of warehouses

The Financial Commissioner, subject to such restrictions or conditions as the State Government may impose, may:-

1. (a) establish or licence a warehouse wherein any intoxicant may be deposited and kept without payment of duty -
2. (b) discontinue any warehouse so established.
