General19363 sections

This law governs the fees charged for copying official records in the Union Territory of Chandigarh. It applies to anyone requesting copies from courts or government offices. If a person refuses to pay the required fee after receiving a copy, the government can recover the money as if it were a tax debt. However, a lawyer acting on behalf of a client is not personally responsible for the payment if the client signs the application form.
