1. Short title and Commencement.

(1) This Act may be called the Punjab Contract Farming (Repeal) Act, 2021. (2) It shall come into force on and with effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Repealing of Punjab Act No. 30 of 2013.
