Remission
The Punjab Commercial Crops Cess Act, 1963Tax196311 sections
Statutory text
Where in any harvest land revenue is remitted in respect of any land on which a commercial crop is grown, proportionate remission shall also be allowed in the amount of cess levied on such land under this Act.
