Disqualifications

No person shall be eligible for election or appointment as a member of the Board—

1. (a) who is a minor or an undischarged insolvent; or
2. (b) who has been adjudicated by a competent court to be of unsound mind; or
3. (d) who has been sentenced by a Criminal Court to imprisonment for such offence involving moral turpitude as may be declared by the State Government.
