Certificate for conveyance

(3) Where no part of the journey is performed by a conveyance provided at the expense of the Government or a Local Fund, the following certificate shall be furnished, namely: - “Certified that I have not performed any part of the journey by a conveyance provided at the expense of the Government or a Local Fund.”.
