Information to be sent to authorities under relevant Act.

The Assessing Authority within three days of the receipt or issue, as the case may be, shall communicate to the Appellate Authority or Revisional Authority under the relevant Act, who for the time being, has jurisdiction over the applicant under the relevant Act and to the Commissioner,—

(a) copy of order passed under sub-section (3) or (5) of section 5;

(b) copy of an order passed and certificate issued under sub-section (1) of section 7;

(c) copy of revocation order passed under sub-section (1) of section 11; and

(d) such other matters as it may deem necessary.
