The costs of, and incidental to, all proceedings before the authorised officer or the Collector shall be in his discretion.

Indemnity Indemnity 11. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the authorised officer for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.
