Statutory text
The loading and unloading workers engaged in any establishment shall be deemed to be an employee within the meaning of the Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (Central Act 19 of 1952) provided that the provisions of that Act applies to such establishment.
