(1) If, any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order, as the occasion may require, do anything not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act which appears to them to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty: Provided that such orders shall be issued as expeditiously as may be possible and, in any case, not exceeding four weeks from the date, the necessity arises.
(2) Every order issued under sub-section
(1) shall as soon as it is made be laid before the Legislative Assembly of Puducherry.
