Members and employees of the Ground Water Authority to be public servants

All members and employees of the Ground Water Authority shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Act, or of any rules made thereunder, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act 45 of 1860).
