AN ACT to provide for the extension of the Puducherry Excise Act, 1970 to Puducherry and Karaikal regions and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Puducherry in the Thirty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
