Power to make rules ’ . :

(1) The State Government may, by notification, make rules, for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:- (a) the detailed manner, if any, in which the amount is, to be paid under sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) of Section 8; (b) the manner in which the moneys in any provident fund or other fund referred to in Section 15 shall be dealt with for the purpose of that section; (c) any other matter as may be considered expedient to be provided.
