Officers, teachers and authorities of University

(1) The following shall be officers of the University, namely: (i) the Vice-Chancellor; (ii) the Registrar; (iii) the Comptroller of Finance; (iv) the Controller of Examinations; and (v) such other officers as may be prescribed; (2) The following shall be the teachers of the University, namely: (i) Professors; (ii) Readers; (iii) Lecturers; and (iv) such other teachers as may be prescribed to be teachers of the University. (3) The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely: (i) the Senate; (ii) the Syndicate; (iii) the Academic Council; and (iv) such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
