Statutory text
A Commandant Or Assistant Commandant of Special Armed Police shall be entitled to all the privileges which a Police-officer has under Sees. 42 and 43 of the Police Act, 1861, Section 125 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 and any other enactment for the time being in force.
