Appointment of persons to assist notified authority

Statutory text
(1) The State Government or the notified authority may appoint any person to assist the notified authority. (2) Any powers, duties or functions of the nolified authority may be delegated to any person appointed under sub-section (1) in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
