Repeal and savings

All rules, orders and instructions corresponding to these rules and in force immediately before the commencement of these rules are hereby repealed: Provided that any order or appointment made or action taken under the rules, articles or instructions so repealed shall be deemed to have been made, taken or done under these rules.
