Definations

An Act to validate the appointment of Assistant Surgeons in the State Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Orissa in the Forty fourthYear of the Republic of India as follows:

1. (1) This Act may be called the Orissa Medical Service (Appointment of

Assistant Surgeons Validation) Act, 1993.

1. (2) It shall come into force .at once.
