  1. (1) This Act may be called the Orissa Luxury Tax Act, 1995.
  2. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Orissa.
  3. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint. Come in to force w. e. f., 1st day of September, 1995 vide Orissa Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 31st August 1995 (No. 999)
