Power to make regulations in respect of the Board

The Board shall, from time to time, make regulations to provide for the date, time, place, notice, conduct and adjournment of their meetings subject to the following conditions : (a) ordinary meeting shall be held once at least in every three months; (b) the President shall have power to call special meetings; (c) the quorum in a meeting shall be five; (d) the proceedings of the meetings of the Board shall be forwarded to State Government in the department concerned.
