Statutory text
- (1) The State Government may appoint one or more Assistant Housing Commissioners with such local jurisdiction as may be assigned to them by the State Government.
- (2) The Assistant Housing Commissioners so appointed shall, subject to the control of the Housing Commissioner, exercise such of the powers and perform such of the functions of the Housing Commissioner as the State Government may authorise in that behalf.
