Short title and extent

(1) This Act may be called the Orissa Fire-Works and Loud Speakers (Regulation) Act, 1958. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Orissa. (3) It shall apply at once to the Municipalities and Notified Areas constituted under the Orissa Municipal Act, 1950 and the State Government may, from time to time by notification, apply the same to any other local area as they deem fit.
