Failure to take precautions

Any person who fails, without reasonable cause, to comply with the requirements specified in a notification issued under sub-section (1) of Section 10 or of a direction issued under sub-section (2) of that section shall, on conviction, be punishable with a fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
