Regulation of sale of feeds

No person shall sell or expose for sale or despatch, or deliver to any agent or broker for the purpose of sale any pre-mixed cattle feed or premixed poultry feed which is not in conformity with the provisions of section 10 or the container of which is not packed and marked in the manner laid down in section 11.
