Finality of orders

An order passed by the Board of Revenue in revision under section 15 and subject to such order the decision of the Collector of Betterment Charges on appeal under section 14 and subject to the order of the Board of Revenue and the decision of the Collector of Betterment Charges, the award, declaration or order made under section 6, sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 12 and under section 13, shall be final.
