Constitution of Grama Rakshi Force :– Notwithstanding anything

contained in any other law, for the villages within the state their shall be a Grama Rakshi Force which shall be constituted in such manner as may be prescribed and shall consist of such number of Grama Rakshis as Government shall determine.
