Filling up of Casual Vacancies.

All vacancies arising by reason of death, resignation or otherwise among the members of any authority or other body of the Institute shall be filled up, as soon as may be convenient, in the same manner as those were filled up and the new members shall hold office for the unexpired portion of the term of his predecessor in office.
