A N ACT TO EXTEND TrlE PROVISIONS OF INDIAN SoLDIErrs ( L111GATlON ) ACT, 1925TO PROC.EEDINGS UNDER CERTAIN SPECIAL ACTS

1. (2) It extends to the rvllolc of tlzc Statc of Orissa,
2. (3) It shall colne into force at once.

The term "Court" as defined in clause (a) of section 2 of the Indian Soldiers (Litigation) Act, 1925, shall include all Courts and other authorities functioning under any of the following Acts, namely :- (1) Orissa Estates Abolition Act, 1951 (Orissa Act 1 of 1952). (2) Orissa Tenants Relief Act, 1955 (Orissa Act 5 of 1955). (3) Orissa Merged Territories (Village Offices Abolition) Act, 1963 (Orissa Act 10 of 1963). (4) Orissa Land Reforms Act, 1960 (Orissa Act 16 of 1960).
