The Board of Management

Statutory text
- (1) The Board of Management shall consist of — (a) the Vice-Chancellor of the University who shall be the ex-officio Chairman; (b) the Registrar of the University who shall be the ex-officio Secretary; (c) two members of the Board of Governor, nominated by the Sponsoring Body; (d) three persons, who are not the members of the Board of Governor, nominated by the Sponsoring Body; and (e) two deans nominated by the Vice-Chancellor. (2) The powers and functions of the Board of Management shall be such, as may be prescribed. (3) The term of office of the members other than the ex-officio members shall be three years.
