Filling up vacancies, removal, etc. of members of the Authorities and bodies of the University

No act or proceedings of the Board, Academic Council or any other body constituted under this Act or the Statutes shall be invalid merely by reason of any vacancy existing in the authority or body performing the act or passing the proceedings.
