Officers and other employees of the Council

(1) The Government shall provide the Council with such officers and employees as may be necessary for the efficient performance of the functions of the Council under this Act. (2) The salaries and allowances payable to, and the other terms and conditions of service of, the officers and other employee appointed for the Council, shall be such, as may be determined by the Government from time to time.
