Repeal of Orissa Ordinance No. 7 of 1971 :– (1) The Orissa

Prevention of Land Encroachment Ordinance, 1971, is hereby repealed.

1. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been ordered or taken under this Act. NOTES Orissa General Clauses Act has no application to proceedings initiated under the Prevention of Land Encroachment Act, 1954 : 47 (1979) CLT (Notes 69) 39.
