Statutory text
(1) The Orissa Panchayat Samiti (Cessation of office of the Chairman of Saharapada Panchayat Samiti) Ordinance, 1982, is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken (including any notification issued) under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, taken or issued under this Act.
