PREAMBLE
An Act to provide for the Registration and better training of Nurses, Health Visitors, Midwives and Dais in Orissa
Whereas it is expedient to provide for the registration of nurses, health visitors, midwives and dais in Orissa and to secure their better training; It is hereby enacted as follows :
