WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the registration of non-trading wrporations with object contined to the State of Orissa in the manner hereinafterappearing ;

It ishereby enactedbytheLegislatureoftheState of Orissa in the Tenth Yeat ofthe Republic of India as follows :-
