ANACT T0 PROVIDE FORTHE CONTIINUANCE DURINGA LIMITED PERIOD OF POWERS TO CONTROL THE PRODUCTION, PROCESSING, SUPPLY, DISTRIBUTION,TRANSPORT AND PRICES OF ESSENTIAL ARTICLESANDTRAD AND COMMERCETHEREINAND REQUISITIONING OF PROPERTY

WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the continuance during a limited period of powers to control the production, processing, supply, distribution, transport and prices of eesential articles and of trade and commerce therein and for requisitioning of property ;

It is hereby enacted by the Legislature of the State of Orissa in the Sixth Year of the Republic of India, as follows :-
