The Odisha Local Bodies (Suspension of Elections) (Repeal) Act, 1963

(1) This Act may be called the Orissa Local Bodies (Suspension of Elections) (Repeal) Act, 1963. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Orissa. (3) It shall come into force at once.

The Orissa Local Bodies (Suspension of Elections) Act, 1962, is hereby repealed.

All persons nominated in pursuance of clause (3) of section 3 of the repealed enactment shall cease to hold office, with effect from the date of commencement of this Act.
