Public servants

The Director, every licensing officer, all Grama Panchayat employees, other village employees and all employees of the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary and Agricultural and Co-operative Departments shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (XLV of 1860).
