The Odisha Forest Development (Tax on sale of forest produce by Government or Odisha Forest Development Corporation) (Repeal) Act, 2017 officially repeals the 2003 state law that levied a tax on sales of forest produce made by the Odisha government or its Forest Development Corporation.
